About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy for our restaurant and hospitality brands.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building strong brand identities, increasing customer acquisition and retention, driving footfall and revenue, managing digital and social media initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, and creating strategic partnerships and collaborations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality, restaurants, F&B;, lifestyle, nightlife, or consumer-facing brands, with a proven track record of building brands and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy




Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for the company's restaurants and hospitality businesses.
Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Develop outlet-specific marketing strategies based on target audience, location, positioning, and business requirements.
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, footfall, repeat visits, and revenue.
2. Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all outlets and marketing channels.
Ensure all communication, campaigns, creatives, and customer touchpoints are aligned with the brand's positioning.
Develop cutting-edge concepts and campaigns that differentiate the brand from competitors.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and customer communication.
