Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting current business opportunities in the film and digital content space. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing pitches and proposals, and coordinating with internal production and post-production teams to align service offerings with client needs. The role also involves market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts,



and tracking performance metrics to support revenue growth. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular in-person meetings, industry networking, and collaboration with local and regional partners.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client acquisition within media, entertainment, or creative services.
Strong relationship-building, account management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with market research, lead generation, and pipeline management tools or CRM systems.
Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals.
Understanding of film, post-production workflows, or digital content ecosystems is highly beneficial.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
