Role Description The Junior Motion Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this role, the team member will create motion graphics and animations for branding campaigns, social media content, advertisements, and other digital assets. The position involves developing storyboards, collaborating with designers and copywriters, and transforming static designs into engaging visual narratives. Daily responsibilities include editing and producing video content,



refining visual concepts based on feedback, and ensuring all motion work aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines. The Junior Motion Designer will also support senior creatives with asset preparation and contribute ideas to enhance the overall visual quality of IMD Brand’s projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for brand and campaign work.
Candidates should possess skills in Animation and Storyboarding to develop clear visual narratives.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and exporting for multiple formats.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) is highly beneficial.
