Role Description The Sales Professional will work full time on-site in Virudhunagar, focusing on promoting The Chennai Tuition’s learning programs and growing enrollment. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective students and families, explaining program offerings and curricula, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining solid relationships with leads and existing clients.



The role involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams to ensure accurate information is communicated, preparing sales reports, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives. The Sales Professional will also participate in events, presentations, and school visits to build brand awareness and drive admissions.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in education services or related fields preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with students, parents, and school partners.
Basic knowledge of academic curricula such as IGCSE, IBDP, AP, and SAT, or willingness to learn quickly.
Competence in using digital tools for lead tracking, reporting, and communication (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms).
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
