We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Animation Video Creator to join our creative team for a long-term collaboration. The role involves producing high-quality, culturally relevant short-form videos for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Scripts and voiceovers will be provided — your expertise will bring them to life through engaging AI-driven visuals.
This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Indian cultural and festive themes.

Key Responsibilities

Produce 45–60 second vertical AI-animated videos (YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels).
Follow frame-by-frame scripting guidelines provided.
Use AI tools (e.g., Pika Labs, Runway, Kaiber) to generate visuals that match the script and emotion.
Integrate appropriate festive/emotional/devotional background music.
Sync visuals precisely with provided voiceovers.
Ensure HD/Full HD (1080x1920) output for each video.
Deliver each video within 3–4 days.

Requirements




Proven experience in AI-based video creation (portfolio required).
Solid understanding of Indian culture, festivals, and emotional tone.
Skilled in using AI animation tools such as Pika Labs, Runway, Kaiber, or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling ability.
Strong communication skills and commitment to deadlines.
Ability to deliver 9–12 videos per month consistently.

Compensation
Per Video: ₹700 – ₹1000 (based on quality & turnaround time)
Monthly Estimate: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000
Negotiable for exceptional creators.
