Role Description The Placement Officer role at NS3Edu is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.



The Placement Officer will build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, IT companies, and industry networks to generate placement opportunities for learners across NS3Edu’s programs. Daily tasks include coordinating campus and off-campus recruitment drives, organizing employer interactions, and maintaining accurate placement records and reports. The role also involves providing career counseling, conducting placement readiness sessions, and supporting learners with resumes, interview preparation, and job search strategies. The Placement Officer will collaborate closely with trainers and academic staff to align placement activities with course outcomes and industry needs, ensuring strong employment prospects for learners.
