The Role

Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with life science industry experience within the Clinical Data domain.



You will drive impactful product communication and champion customer success with our Clinical Data Management applications, Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS, partnering closely with our customers in India. You will also continuously grow your own expertise by staying at the absolute cutting edge of AI and digital transformation in clinical trials.

As part of the global Product Expert team, you will play a key role in the Product organization. Most importantly you will:

Build and foster highly engaged Users Communities; regularly engage with the customers in a range of forums to provide clear and impactful communication that drives shared understanding & education, promotes product adoption, and delivers customer value.
Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and at industry events.
Drive increased customer value through release education and product capability promotion.
