About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Growth Manager to own and optimize Lanstitut’s end-to-end LEAD growth funnel.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Growth.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, B2B and Sales teams to build a predictable, measurable and scalable Lead growth engine.

Responsibilities
Own and continuously optimize Lanstitut’s end-to-end lead funnel, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and revenue.
Solid analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, diagnose funnel bottlenecks and turn data into actionable growth decisions.
Track and analyze key growth metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, revenue per lead and revenue per admission.
Monitor performance across Performance Marketing, Organic, B2B, Referral and other acquisition channels and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Identify and fix funnel leakage at every stage from lead generation to sales follow-up, nurturing and final conversion.




Ensure every sales team, region and product has sufficient and relevant leads based on sales capacity, targets and conversion potential.
Work closely with the Organic, Performance Marketing and B2B teams to improve lead quality, acquisition efficiency and lead volume.
Develop and improve lead nurturing, reactivation and follow-up processes to maximize the value of existing leads.
Track the complete journey of leads and identify why leads are lost, delayed, uncontacted or not converted.
Build dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into daily, weekly and monthly funnel performance.
Work closely with Sales leadership to align lead generation, lead distribution.

What We’re Looking For
4.5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Revenue Growth, Marketing Analytics.
Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets,Prior EdTech experience is mandator
