Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing the sales pipeline for residential and commercial properties. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, understand client requirements, present suitable property options, and follow up to drive closures.



Daily tasks include building and maintaining robust client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for property information, preparing proposals, and updating CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also requires staying informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to prospect and convert opportunities.
Solid account management and business relationship skills to nurture and retain clients.
Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
Understanding of real estate sales processes and local Bengaluru property market is an advantage.
Proven ability to meet targets and work with performance-based incentives; prior experience in sales or business development preferred.
