? Location: Shastri Nagar, Delhi (On-site, Full-time)
What you'll do:
Train and mentor young adults (18-25 yrs) in job readiness skills, run classes, mentor students, build placement partnerships with employers, and support them through interviews and job placement.
Who we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
Smart, proactive, and a robust communicator
Working knowledge of MS Office, AI Tools, Canva
Comfortable teaching and mentoring young adults
Able to build and maintain employer relationships and partnerships
Freshers with the right attitude welcome; 1+ years of experience preferred
