Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead our Quality Assurance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the automation strategy, building scalable automation frameworks,



mentoring the QA team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software releases. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to drive quality across the SDLC in a quick-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the QA Automation team and own the overall test automation strategy across multiple products.
Define, build, and maintain scalable UI, API, and integration automation frameworks.
Drive automation adoption and continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architects to define test strategies during requirement analysis.
Review test plans, automation scripts, and test cases to ensure quality standards are met.
Establish automation best practices, coding standards, and quality gates.
Mentor and coach QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and support career development within the
