We are looking for an experienced and proven Senior Manager – HR & Administration to take complete ownership of the HR and Administration function at our Chennai office.

This position is intended for a professional who has already demonstrated the ability to independently lead HR & Administration in an engineering, EPC, MEP, construction or project-based organisation.




We are specifically looking for someone who can take charge of the function rather than simply execute assigned activities.

The Role
The selected candidate will be expected to independently plan, organise and drive the company's HR & Administration activities, establish appropriate systems and controls, identify issues before they become problems, and take responsibility for timely closure.

The role will include:
Manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across corporate and project/site requirements
Employee onboarding, deployment, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and separation
HR policies, procedures, documentation and statutory compliance
Performance management, employee development and training
Employee discipline, grievance handling, retention and workplace matters
Manpower productivity and HR cost monitoring
