• Design, develop, configure,



and customize data integration solutions using IBM ITX
• Develop and maintain ITX Maps and Type Trees using Design Studio
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term root-cause solutions
• Develop, test, benchmark, and promote production fixes and enhancements
• Design and maintain SQL Server procedures, views, tables, and databases
• Work with QA teams for testing and validation of integration solutions
• Support customer go-live and production activation activities
• Troubleshoot SFTP, SMTP, email relay, and Windows-based application issues
• Collaborate with business teams and customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
