About the job
You will be part of the expansion team at Burn. Burn is a chain of premium fitness clubs in north-India. Currently Burn is present in chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Zirakpur and Ludhiana . The Expansion Business Development Manager will be responsible for scouting and onboarding potential franchisee partners for FOFO (Franchise Owned & Operated)



center expansion across all the cities in North India including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi among others.

Key Responsibilities
Scale the city's franchise expansion by shortlisting, appointing and onboarding recent partners.
Own the city revenue targets and forecast a solid pipeline to conversion.
Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure.
Outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like city campaigns, events, and gym walk-ins.
Build business models tailored specifically to the partner/market.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement and improve the P&L.;
Develop a deep understanding of each micro-market in the city through detailed market research.
Travel to meet partners as required.
