Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Operations role based in Mumbai. The Finance Operations professional will manage day-to-day financial processes, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing financial data to identify variances, trends, and process improvements,



as well as coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and support business decisions. The individual will also assist in implementing best practices in finance operations, optimizing workflows, and supporting audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Operations, with experience managing day-to-day financial processes.
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
