We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kalkaji, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Generate leads, conduct initial discussions, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.




Present ArtUs' services and value proposition to potential clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate with clients and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the digital marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and industry developments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
