? Ideal Candidate
Graduate/Postgraduate from IITs or other premier institutions
10–15 years of professional experience
Proven experience in business development, strategy, operations, sales, technology, or entrepreneurship
Robust leadership and team-management skills
Excellent business communication and networking abilities
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
Demonstrated ability to build businesses, teams, partnerships, or new ventures
Strong understanding of market trends, customers, and revenue generation
Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and taking calculated risks
Passionate about entrepreneurship and building a long-term venture

? Role & Responsibilities
As a Co-Founder,



you will play a key role in:
Developing and executing the company's business strategy
Driving revenue and business growth
Building strategic partnerships and key client relationships
Developing new business opportunities
Building and leading high-performing teams
Managing business operations and processes
Contributing to product/service development
Creating scalable systems and processes
Fundraising/investor relationships, where applicable
Taking key strategic decisions alongside the founding team
