Frontlines EduTech Private Limited is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive a target-oriented sales team.
? Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
? Work Mode: Work From Office
? Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
? Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off
? Experience: 5+ Years in Sales with Team Handling Experience
? Laptop: Candidates must have their own laptop
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in sales team handling and leadership
Proven ability to achieve sales/revenue targets
Experience in lead conversion, follow-ups & customer handling
Strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills
Experience in EdTech, BPO, target-driven industries is preferred
Telugu communication is mandatory; English/Hindi will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting
Key Responsibilities:




Lead and motivate the sales team, monitor performance and conversions, set targets, improve follow-up discipline, coach team members, handle escalations, and drive overall team revenue and productivity.
