Role Description The Commis Chef will support the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting food items across Yoova’s brands, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and portioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in mise en place, following recipes and plating guidelines, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.



The role also involves supporting senior chefs during service, managing basic kitchen equipment, and helping with inventory checks and ingredient storage. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, requiring close collaboration with the culinary and service teams to deliver a high-quality, health-focused dining experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills to support daily kitchen operations.
Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills to follow recipes, plating standards, and brand-specific menus.
Candidates should possess a high level of Hygiene awareness and adherence to food safety and sanitation practices.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
Basic knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and ingredients is beneficial.
