We're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Manager Lead who understands creator management, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Manage creators and brand collaborations end-to-end
✨ Identify and close paid partnership opportunities
✨ Coordinate with brands, agencies,



and creators for seamless campaign execution
✨ Handle negotiations, deliverables, and relationship management
✨ Drive creator growth and monetization opportunities
✨ Build strong industry connections within the Health & Wellness ecosystem

Requirements:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven personality
✔ Prior experience working with creators or brands is preferred
✔ Experience in the Health, Wellness, or Healthcare creator industry is a plus
✔ Comfortable working remotely with an ownership mindset
