About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Technology Sales Qualified with 2–5 years of direct enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in CCTV, VMS, Video Analytics, Computer Vision or AI platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities, engaging with customers and technology stakeholders, understanding operational challenges, and converting those challenges into AI-driven business solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling into Warehouses, Ports, Container Terminals, Logistics, Manufacturing and large Enterprises and should be comfortable engaging with CXO, IT, Security, Operations, Engineering and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities for AI/video intelligence solutions.
Develop relationships with customers across Ports, Container Terminals, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Enterprise segments.
Understand customer operational challenges and map them to relevant AI/computer-vision solutions.
Conduct discovery meetings,



solution presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → PoC → commercial proposal → negotiation → closure.
Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to design customer-specific solutions.
Identify opportunities for CCTV modernization, Video Analytics, Physical AI, automation and operational intelligence.
Build relationships with system integrators, CCTV partners, technology partners and consultants.
Develop account plans for strategic enterprise customers.
Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline information in CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Participate in customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions and partner activities.
Track competitors, market trends and emerging AI/video technologies.

Required Experience & Skills
