Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Specialist to lead the creation of prompts for image and video generation across fashion, home, and kids product categories. This role is pivotal to building a scalable e-commerce content production process. Effective prompting will directly translate into aesthetically superior results, faster turnaround times, and reduced costs for the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Background in Fashion, Design, or Visual Arts with strong aesthetic judgment.
• Tech-savvy and AI-first mindset – self-taught in using leading image and video generation tools.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hunger to learn emerging AI trends and tools.
• Strong eye for detail with ability to balance creative direction and technical precision.
• Proactive, go-getter attitude with ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Problem solver and solution-oriented – able to quickly diagnose challenges and propose creative fixes.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, multimodal AI tools,



or video generation is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce processes and large-scale content workflows preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI-driven image and video generation at scale.
• Ensure prompts produce consistent, high-quality visuals aligned with brand aesthetics across categories.
• Collaborate with creative, styling, and content teams to translate business needs into effective AI outputs.
• Benchmark AI outputs against traditional studio production to validate quality and ROI.
• Stay ahead of the curve on AI tools, LLMs, video generation platforms, and multimodal models.
• Document prompt recipes, maintain knowledge libraries, and standardize best practices for scalable use.
• Troubleshoot issues such as style inconsistency, resolution, realism, and category-specific challenges.
