Salesforce Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
Customize standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation.
Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Create and maintain triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and asynchronous Apex.
Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
PD 1 certificate is a mandate
Salesforce Support
Provide Level 1
application support for Salesforce users.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
Monitor system health, integrations, scheduled jobs, and platform performance.
Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests through ticketing systems.
Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and post-deployment validation.
Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
