Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
• Identify and develop new customers across industrial, commercial and institutional sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, market visits and industry databases.
• Develop relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, maintenance teams, consultants and decisionmakers.
• Regularly visit potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Technical Sales
• Understand customer requirements related to water and wastewater treatment.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable chemical or equipment solutions.
• Present Nirmaan's products and solutions to customers in a professional manner.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals and commercial offers. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and negotiations until order closure.

Customer & Sales Management
•Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Develop long-term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement and technical teams for smooth execution after order confirmation.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers wherever required.

4. Sales Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and closures.
• Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reports to management.
• Track competitor activities, pricing and market developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, water treatment, chemicals, engineering products or B2B
