This role focuses on driving structured placement programs and delivering strong career outcomes for fresh graduates and early-career professionals within the Indian edtech and technology ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute on-campus, virtual,



and hybrid placement drives in collaboration with training and academic teams.

Own the end-to-end placement lifecycle including candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, assessments, offer rollouts, and joining closure.

Track, analyze, and report placement metrics such as offers, joins, compensation benchmarks, and employer engagement performance.

Stay abreast of hiring trends, in-demand skills, salary benchmarks, and market movements through industry networking and recruitment platforms.

Mentor and guide trainees on job applications, interview preparation, offer management, and onboarding readiness.

Create Training programs for learners based on the requirement

Review and Train learners with Resume Preparation, LinkedIn and Behavioral rounds

Create Content and Deliver Soft skills Sessions
