Workdays- 6days/week + rotational off

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting service offerings, preparing basic proposals or quotes,



and following up consistently to drive conversions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with the HR services team to align solutions with client needs, and supporting sales campaigns to meet or exceed targets. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to provide responsive customer service, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales experience, including lead qualification and follow-up.
Ability to drive Lead Generation through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with proven Customer Service skills.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
Basic understanding of HR or professional services sales is an advantage.
Comfort working with CRM tools and maintaining organized sales records.
