Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support BCM application development teams by driving Agile delivery discipline, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring delivery transparency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile execution, stakeholder coordination, automotive software development processes,



and delivery governance across distributed teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning for BCM application development teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of scope, priorities, dependencies, and sprint goals.
Support creation, refinement, estimation, and prioritization of user stories, tasks, defects, and technical backlog items in collaboration with the team.
Track sprint progress, manage risks, remove impediments, and drive timely resolution of blockers impacting delivery commitments.
Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivery discipline.
