Job Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on D2C Lead to fully own our website — sales, updates, maintenance, analysis, retention, and performance. This is a single-owner role: there is no separate website/tech/CRM team behind you today, so you'll both set the strategy and execute the day-to-day. You're accountable for revenue coming through the site, how it looks and runs, and how well we keep bringing customers back.



You'll work closely with the Founder, marketing, and external dev/tech vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Sales & Revenue
• Own the website's revenue number end-to-end — set monthly/quarterly targets with the Founder and be accountable for hitting them
• Plan and execute in office promotions, discounting, and bundling strategy to hit revenue targets without eroding margin
• Work with marketing to align website offers/landing pages with paid and organic campaigns
2. Website Updates & Content
• Manage all product listings — new launches, pricing changes, descriptions, images, and stock status
• Update homepage, banners, collections, and campaign pages in line with the marketing/promo calendar
• Keep site content (policies, FAQs, size/fit guides) accurate and current
3. Maintenance & Technical Health
• Monitor site uptime, page speed, and mobile experience; flag and triage issues before they hit
