About the Role: Sourcing & Production Lead in Bangalore (Full time)
We are looking for a highly hands-on Sourcing & Production Lead who can build and manage FLOW’s supplier and manufacturing ecosystem from the ground up.




As one of the earliest members of the team, you will be responsible for taking products from approved designs and tech packs through sourcing, sampling, costing, production, quality control and final delivery.
You will work closely with our designers and founders to identify the right factories, source fabrics and trims, negotiate commercials, manage sampling timelines, solve production challenges and ensure every product is delivered at the right quality, cost and timeline.
You will work across men’s, women’s and kids’ collections, along with a growing range of products including swimwear, cover ups, functional monsoon wear, utility apparel and water lifestyle accessories. You will report directly to the founders and play a critical role in building the manufacturing and supply chain foundation of the brand.
