Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Site Supervisor at Radical Ventures in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily on-site activities, ensuring project milestones are met, managing resources and schedules,



and maintaining quality standards throughout the project duration.
Qualifications
Project Management, Construction Management, and Site Supervision skills
Knowledge of interior and civil project processes and standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Time management and organizational skills
Experience with resource management and supply chain control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications in Project Management or Construction Management
