Position Summary

The PRD Executive (Repair Engineer) is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic equipment to ensure timely and high-quality service support. The role also includes technical troubleshooting, spare parts coordination, repair documentation, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and components.
Perform troubleshooting using testing and measuring instruments.
Ensure repaired products meet quality and performance standards.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online channels.
Coordinate spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and repair logistics.
Maintain repair records, service reports, and daily activity logs.




Support preventive maintenance and promote best practices for equipment handling.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Experience Requirement

2-3 years of experience in electronic equipment repair, servicing, or technical support.
