Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can independently manage the complete performance marketing function across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be strongly data-driven, understand the complete lead-generation funnel, and have hands-on expertise in campaign execution, tracking, optimisation, reporting, lead staging, and conversion improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Own performance marketing campaigns from campaign strategy and setup to lead generation, optimization, reporting, and conversion analysis.
Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, audiences, keywords, placements, and campaign structures.




Build and optimize the complete lead-generation funnel, from ad click to lead capture, qualification, counselling, and final conversion.
Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and funnel-stage performance.
Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, form tracking, events, UTM tracking, and other marketing pixels/tags.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to track lead staging and movement across the funnel and identify drop-offs.
Analyse campaign and funnel data to identify opportunities for improving lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, trends, campaign-level analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and campaign structures.
