Role Description The Civil Engineer will work in the studio and visit sites on need, in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects and other design professionals to manage projects and quantity survey tasks for a variety of building and interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings,



and calculations; supporting site planning, grading, and infrastructure layouts; and coordinating structural and civil elements with architectural plans. The role involves assessing stormwater management requirements, drainage systems, and utility provisions to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable project execution. The Civil Engineer will participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings, inspect construction progress periodically for compliance with design and local regulations, and support cost estimates, technical documentation, and quality control. The position also requires explicit communication with project stakeholders and contribution to continuous improvement in design processes and standards.
