We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10–20 years of professional experience to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of cross-functional delivery, risk management, and end-to-end project lifecycle management, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Project Manager will work closely with business, technology, product, operations, and other functional teams to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans. This role requires robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning,



execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating teams across technology, product, operations, business, finance, and other relevant functions.
Establish project governance, operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes.
Identify, assess, prioritize, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project disruption and ensure continuity of delivery.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
Facilitate regular project reviews, stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Ensure clear ownership and accountability across project teams and functional stakeholder
