Role•Senior Business AnalystAs a Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 12 years of
total experience and 5-8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible
for leading complex projects, mentoring junior analysts, and providing strategic
insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with senior management
and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met through effective
analysis and implementation of solutions.Responsibilities•Lead the analysis of
business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and
optimization.•Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define
business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.•Develop
and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business
requirements, process maps, and use cases.•Perform advanced data analysis to
