The Opportunity
Coschool is looking for a B2B sales hunter to drive new school acquisition and help establish a repeatable approach to growth.

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You will identify opportunities, create access to decision-makers, understand what drives customer decisions, shape the sales approach and personally close business.

You will work directly with Coschool’s leadership and have the freedom to test and improve how we acquire schools.

On demonstrated success, you will have the chance to build the sales team and take responsibility for scaling growth.

It brings teachers and AI together to enable consistent student practice, timely evaluation and feedback, and personalised support to address learning gaps at scale—while preserving the teacher’s central role in the learning process.

What You Will Own
Identify, prospect and acquire new schools.
Build access to school owners, principals and other senior decision-makers.




Own the complete sales cycle—from first contact and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation and closure.
Understand why customers buy, why they don’t, and continuously improve the proposition and sales approach.
Experiment with channels and approaches, use conversion data to identify what works, and turn successful methods into a repeatable acquisition process.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Hunter
You have personally generated pipeline and acquired new B2B or institutional customers. Your success has not depended primarily on inbound leads, existing accounts or a large sales organisation.

Proven Closer
You have personally taken customers from first contact through commercial closure. We are interested in what you have actually sold and closed—not just the size of the pipeline you managed.

Commercial Problem-Solver
You think beyond activity and targets. When conversion isn’t happening, you diagnose the reason and ch
