Role Description The Deputy General Manager of Sales is a full time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position is responsible for leading sales activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. The role involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with project and business objectives. The Deputy General Manager of Sales will guide and mentor the sales team, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term client retention. Regular on-site client meetings, project site visits, and stakeholder interactions are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and client satisfaction targets.
Experience in General Management and Team Management, including leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Background in property, real estate, construction, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
