Role Description The Vice President at VS4 Security & Services Pvt Ltd will provide strategic leadership across security operations, crisis management,



and client service delivery. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for overseeing key accounts, ensuring high-quality execution of security programs, and aligning services with client business needs. The role includes developing and implementing security strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes and budgets for threat assessment, protection, and emergency response. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth, build partnerships, and support new service offerings, while maintaining strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include performance management, stakeholder communication, risk reviews, and mentoring mid-level managers to build organizational capability.
