Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving NoBrokerHood’s growth within an assigned region.



This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective societies and community partners, conducting product demos, and presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding and activation of recent clients. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining strong relationships with society management committees, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and product. The role also includes providing training and ongoing support to clients to encourage product adoption, maximize retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
