Role Description

The Business Tele-Caller will engage with existing and prospective customers over the phone to explain Kotak Life’s insurance products, clarify queries, and support policy servicing.Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, updating customer records, and following up on leads to support sales and renewal targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, sharing product information clearly,



and adhering to compliance, quality, and data privacy standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, requiring consistent attendance and collaboration with the local team.
