Role Description The Strategy Manager role at CoverBizz is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Strategy Manager will analyze market trends, customer segments,



and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. This role involves developing and refining business strategies for insurance and risk-management offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, and tracking key metrics to measure outcomes. The Strategy Manager will prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership, support decision-making on new products, partnerships, and geographic expansion, and contribute to pricing and portfolio optimization. The position also requires close coordination with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure strategies are practical, client-centric, and aligned with regulatory and business objectives.
