Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Sales Representative role based in Gurugram. This is an onsite position.
The person in this role will manage and grow customer accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information related to specialty chemicals, electronic components, display solutions, and magnetics.
Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads,



preparing quotations, following up on orders, coordinating with internal teams regarding pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems.
The role also involves resolving customer issues and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue and margin targets. The representative will collaborate closely with technical, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and provide post-sales support when required.

Qualification
Robust customer service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.
2–3 years of relevant experience in customer sales, inside sales, B2B sales, or customer support.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, follow-ups, and closing deals.
