Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Vadodara

Role Objective
To deliver outstanding customer service at the salon front desk, manage client appointments and walk-ins efficiently, and support smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to revenue through upselling and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management,
and customer service.
• Lead and motivate the salon team to meet and exceed performance goals and service standards.
• Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract current clients and retain
existing ones.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high levels of performance and
professional development.




• Monitor and analyse salon performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and services to keep the salon
competitive.
