Hiring: Civil Engineer – Material Procurement & Inventory Management

MK Developers, a 21-year-old zero-debt real estate firm in Pune, is hiring a Civil Engineer to lead material procurement and inventory management — A luxury residential building pursuing GEM Green Building certification.

What you'll own:
? Material planning & procurement (cement, steel, RMC, blocks, finishing materials)
? Vendor sourcing, negotiation & PO management
? Real-time inventory tracking, stock audits & wastage control
? Quality checks against IS specs before GRN
? Cost tracking vs. BOQ budgets

What we're looking for:
✅ Diploma/ B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (2–6 yrs experience in real estate/ construction procurement)
✅ Solid Excel skills; ERP/inventory software exposure a plus
✅ Working knowledge of construction materials & IS specs
✅ Local vendor network in Pune/PCMC preferred
