Roop Vatika is looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our latest fashion collections.

? Key Responsibilities
Create new designs for Suits, Lehengas, Gowns, Indo-Western & Ethnic Wear.
Develop sketches, mood boards, patterns, trims and colour palettes.
Work closely with sampling, stitching and production teams to develop prototypes.
Select fabrics, laces, embroideries and embellishments based on trends and budgets.
Manage fittings, corrections and final finishing.
Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, comfortable and production-friendly.
Coordinate with merchandising and store teams to understand customer preferences and market gaps.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research and trend forecasting.
Approve final samples and support bulk production.
Maintain design libraries, tech packs and production sheets.




Handle buyer management and coordination.

? Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of Indian ethnic and contemporary fashion.
Valuable knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, embellishments and garment construction.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with production and merchandising teams.
