Role Description The Legal Associate will work on-site at the pro7Bara office in Nagpur in a full-time capacity. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, legal notices, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Legal Associate will conduct legal research, analyze case laws and statutes, and prepare summaries or opinions to support internal teams and client-facing matters. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, attending meetings, supporting negotiations,



and ensuring timely documentation and record-keeping. The role may also involve assisting with compliance checks, risk assessments, and supporting external counsel where necessary.
Qualifications
Strong skills in legal research, statutory interpretation, and case law analysis.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Transparent and concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
Familiarity with corporate, contract, and commercial law; exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
