Job Responsibilities
Assist clients with personalised styling and product selection.
Drive sales and achieve individual/store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
Understand customer preferences, occasions and styling requirements.
Demonstrate robust knowledge of luxury fashion, fabrics, silhouettes and current trends.
Handle trials, alterations, billing coordination and after-sales service.
Maintain the visual presentation and overall luxury experience of the store.




Maintain client profiles and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
Prior experience in luxury fashion, premium retail or designer wear.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong styling and fashion sense.
Presentable, confident and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Candidates with experience handling HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.
