About the role

At Optiminastic, we’re looking for a Performance Executive who is ready to build a strong career in digital marketing and performance advertising. This role is designed for someone who is curious, analytical, and hungry to learn. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, get hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads, and learn how high-performing campaigns are planned, launched, monitored, and optimized.

As a Performance Executive, you won’t just follow tasks, you’ll learn how performance marketing actually drives business growth. You’ll help analyze campaign data, understand consumer behavior, test current ideas, and support strategies that create measurable results for exciting brands. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup,



execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
Prepare campaign reports and performance insights for internal and client reviews.
Support the team in creating and testing ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies.
Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and performance optimization.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Internship experience in Performance Marketing.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or completion of a recognized Digital Marketing program.
Good verbal and written communication
