Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Spanish Translator with prior USCIS / U.S. immigration experience. The translator will review, translate, and proofread immigration-related documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with USCIS and other U.S. immigration requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling scanned and handwritten documents, applying appropriate legal and technical terminology, and verifying that translated content preserves the original meaning and format. The role also involves collaborating with product and operations teams, providing feedback to improve AI-driven translation workflows, and maintaining clear, timely communication with internal stakeholders. The translator will be expected to manage a steady volume of files, meet tight deadlines, and uphold strict standards for confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications
Robust Spanish Translation and general Translation skills, with proven ability to work with legal and immigration documents.
Experience with English to Spanish and Spanish to English translation, including nuanced language use and regional variations.
Interpreting and Communication skills for clarifying source content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
