About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.




Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work towards achieving assigned business targets.

Eligibility
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
Experience or exposure in a Fintech company will be an added advantage.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or Finance background preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
